Agreement to use Major BlueScope Steel Brands

Use of the BlueScope Steel brands and links to the BlueScope Steel site is permissible to approved parties. Please ensure that you have read and understood the conditions outlined below before proceeding.

BlueScope Steel Brand Usage Guidelines and Conditions

BlueScope Steel reserves the right to change the Steel Brands and link, guidelines and conditions at any time and solely at its discretion.

Use of BlueScope Steel trade marks, logos or proprietary graphics

  • The BlueScope Steel Brands must always be used as active links to the appropriate section within the BlueScope Steel site.
  • BlueScope Steel Brands must only be used in the form in which they are provided that is: size, shape and colours in which they are provided. They must not be altered, imitated, copied, reproduced, amended, re-drawn, distorted, animated or tampered with in any way. They also should not be used in a manner which gives the impression that any person, organisation or event is in any way related to, sponsored by or affiliated with BlueScope Steel.
  • If the copyright or trade mark symbols appear beside a brand they must be retained.

Prominence of the Steel Brands

Positioning of the steel brands is at the discretion of the WWW Internet publisher, however, no other Steel Brands, person or entity shall appear in close proximity of it.

Linking to the BlueScope Steel site

All sites requiring a link to the BlueScope Steel site must be compliant with the following guidelines.

The Internet site must not contain any material that will subject BlueScope Steel to an action for defamation and that is not in conformity with accepted standards of public decency and good taste.

Review of the use of Steel brands by other sites

BlueScope Steel reserves the right to review use of any of the BlueScope Steel Brands and links.

All third Parties must correct any inadequacy in their use of any of the BlueScope Steel Brands upon reasonable notice from BlueScope Steel. Refusal to correct such inadequacies could result in BlueScope Steel stating that you can no longer use any of the brands without permission and you may be requested to stop using them. BlueScope Steel reserves the right to request the removal of the brand at any time.

  • Organisation Name
  • URL of the site where the BlueScope Steel Brands and/or URL will appear
  • Your email address
